400g butter or cream cheese
2 dl stone-less olives, cut lengthways
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 dl sun-dried tomatoes (can be sliced)
150g feta cheese in crumbs
1 ciabatta
Fresh parsley, a drizzle of olive oil and toasted pine nuts for decoration
Leave the butter at room temperature for a couple of hours to soften. You can also use unflavoured or flavoured cream cheese.
Cut the ciabatta into slices and place in the middle or at the end of the board. Make holes in the butter or cream cheese and spread all over the board. Top with toppings and garnish with fresh chopped parsley, olive oil and toasted pine nuts.
Now you can “swipe” a piece of bread on a sandwich board and enjoy this new trend!
