This marble butter bell keeps butter soft and fresh at room temperature for several days
The function is based on a water-tight seal that protects the butter from oxidation and preserves its freshness.
Instructions:
– Soften 125 grams of butter at room temperature.
– Pack the softened butter tightly into the cup portion of the lid.
– Add cold water to the jar (about 60 ml or enough for the water to touch the edge of the lid).
– Place the lid upside down into the water, which creates an airtight seal that prevents air and odors from reaching the butter.
– Change the water every three days to ensure optimal freshness.
– Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
