Strawberries and chocolate dip

The most delicious treats of the summer are sweet, domestic strawberries. For the perfect treat, dip the strawberries in a mellow chocolate dip.
For a perfect dip, use half dark chocolate and half milk chocolate. You can control the thickness of the dip by the amount of chocolate. A pinch of salt brings out the flavours even more.

a pinch of salt

Instructions

Heat the cream in a saucepan, do not let it boil. Add the chocolate, mix until smooth and add salt.
