Mini chocolate cakes

The cakes are suitable for the coffee table as such, and with some accompaniment they can be made into a dessert for a dinner, for example.


12 pcs

150 g butter

100 g dark chocolate

2 dl sugar

1/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

2 ½ dl wheat flour

160 g mixed nuts or white chocolate chips


Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is melted.

Add the sugar, salt, eggs and flour one at a time.

Chop the nuts and mix into the dough. You can also use white chocolate chips.

Divide the dough into a greased Maku bundlettes pan. You can also use another type of pan or spread the dough directly on a baking sheet and cut into serving pieces after baking. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes. The pastry should remain doughy in the middle.

Allow to cool after baking. You can reheat the cake pieces before serving and serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Caramel sauce and fresh strawberries also work well with this!
