Blood orange salad

Blood orange is a tangy and sweet favourite for winter. It gives colour and brightens up any salad.

You can experiment with this easy blood orange salad to find the flavours you like best. Go ahead and give it a try!


1 dl pomegranate seeds

3 small blood oranges

1/2 dl roasted salted cashews (or more, if desired)

Various lettuces of your choice

About 100 g feta cheese, crumbled


Seed a pomegranate with a spoon. Peel the blood oranges. Cut away the pith and membrane from the blood oranges and slice crosswise into rounds. Rinse the lettuce leaves and scatter on a serving platter. Arrange the orange slices, cashews, pomegranate seeds and feta on top.
