300 ml milk
3 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1 tbsp caster sugar
160 g plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
Butter for frying
Maple syrup
Mix together the milk, butter and egg. In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, then stir into the wet. Heat a crepe or blini pan with butter and pour in the batter. Turn the pancakes over when bubbles appear on the surface. Pour over maple syrup after plating.
