100 g strawberries
1 bunch rucola
Pea shoots
Fresh basil leaves, torn into pieces
Brie
Pumpkin seeds
For the dressing:
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp clear honey
Salt
Pepper
Hull and halve the strawberries. Wash and dry the rucola and scatter over a large platter. Add the pea shoots and basil leaves. Place the strawberries and pieces of brie on top, then sprinkle over the pumpkin seeds.
Mix together the dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. You can have the dressing on the side or pour over the salad right before serving.
