Roll out the puff pastry slightly and spread the surface with smoked cream cheese. Sprinkle the reindeer groats over the base, as well as the chopped blue cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the oven’s power. Decorate the finished pie with arugula.
