2 cl cherry juice concentrate (or cherry liqueur)
4 cl cherry beer (Kriek)
100 ml dry sparkling wine
For garnish:
lemon juice
crushed freeze-dried raspberries
edible flowers
First, decorate the rim of the glass. Squeeze lemon juice onto a small plate. Crush the freeze-dried raspberries onto another plate. Dip the rim of the glass first in lemon juice, then in the raspberry crumble.
Make sure all ingredients are well chilled. Measure the cherry juice concentrate into the glass. Pour in the beer and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with edible flowers.
