1 dl pomegranate seeds
3 small blood oranges
1/2 dl roasted salted cashews (or more, if desired)
Various lettuces of your choice
About 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
Seed a pomegranate with a spoon. Peel the blood oranges. Cut away the pith and membrane from the blood oranges and slice crosswise into rounds. Rinse the lettuce leaves and scatter on a serving platter. Arrange the orange slices, cashews, pomegranate seeds and feta on top.
