Fresh Porridge with berries

A delicious and easy fresh porridge to start the day or as a snack.

Ingredients

Serves 4, preparation time: 2 hours

  • 3 dl (1¼ cups) oatflakes
  • 6 dl (2½ cups) unflavoured yoghurt
  • 1.5 dl (⅔ cup) apple juice
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 200 g (7 oz) fresh blueberries

Instructions

Place all ingredients except the blueberries in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate for about two hours. The porridge will also keep well overnight, making them ready to enjoy first thing in the morning. Serve with fresh blueberries.
